Eryn McCain: Is she a girl? Or is she a monster? New girl, Eryn McCain,
has trouble fitting in at Redgrave High, but she has a lot of potential –
potential to dismember. Kill. You name it, because despite the manipulations of
her chemist father, Eryn’s not quite human.
DREAM
CAST: An actress who is a perfect blend of Ellen Page’s smartassness and Jennifer
Lawrence’s athleticism…it’s a dream cast, so that could happen, right?
Alec Delacroix: Hunter on a mission? Or worthy prey? Alec’s family is the
stuff of legend in Redgrave. And not in a good way. They make no secret of
their dark obsession – hunting paranormal creatures. Then Eryn moves to town
and knocks him on his ass. This is one girl who just might be able to keep up
with him. IF she doesn’t tear out his throat.
DREAM
CAST: For me, the role of Alec could only be played by one actor and while he’s
too mature for the part now, Alec was and will always be
modelled after a young Adam Beach. He’s got the heritage, the intensity, the
brawn, and the heart needed to play Alec.
Wade Gervais: Resident hottie? Or resident evil? Sure, Wade has the
whole campus player thing going for him, but he also has an unfair advantage.
Vamp thrall. Few can resist Wade when he cranks up the thrallerator. If only he
could convince Eryn to embrace her inner beast and join him in stalking
the night.
DREAM
CAST: Gregg Sulkin is a young actor with
the right look (especially in this photo), but to take on the role of Wade,
he’d have to embrace his darkside and portray more a bit more brooding
edginess.
Residing in a northern Alberta community,
similar to the fictional town of Redgrave, where Under My Skin is set - Judith
unhappily endures snow in the winter, and runs away from bees in the summer.
A firm believer that Canadian teen fiction can
be sexy, action packed and snarky as hell - Judith writes paranormal stories
with attitude.
