1. Who are your
favorite authors of all time?
My favorite authors
are Paulo Coelho, J.D. Salinger, Agatha Christie and Gillian Flynn.
2. If you could
travel in a time machine would you go back to the past or into the
future?
I would definitely
go back to the past. I’d love to experience life in the 1940’s and 1950’s.
There’s so much glamour and elegance from that time.
3. If you could
have a signed copy of any novel what would it be and why?

4. If you could
invite any 5 people to dinner who would you choose?

5. Have any
hidden talents you would like to share?
I’m not sure if
this counts, but I love to bake and people tell me I create yummy
stuff!
6. Do the words
come easily most of the time? How do you unblock your writer’s
block?
Words usually come
easily, but often in phases. I have on weeks. I have off weeks. The hardest part
is remaining patient through the process.
7. Which
character is your favourite and why?
I like Katherine
because in many ways she can be the most unreliable, the most delusional, the
most wrongfully hopeful. But she is someone who fights through what her life has
become and takes control for herself. I admire her journey.
8. When it comes
to writing, what are your strong points? What are your
weaknesses?
I’m strong at the
ending. Weak at the middle because I want to get to the ending!
9. What type of
books do you enjoy reading?
I love reading a
good mystery. I love the thought process required to make it to the
end.
10. How long
does it take you to write a book?
It takes me about a
year to write the core of a book, then there’s a few months of being lazy about
editing and finally polishing it to become the finished product.

was in high school after a writing group prompted her to begin blogging before
